The ruby red Pinot Noir Glaze made from Australian grapes is delicious partnered with any red meat. Use it to make an instant red wine sauce with those deliciously sticky crispy bits in the bottom of the pan – or simply serve it as a drizzle over, or around a perfectly cooked steak or roast.
We love it with a cheese platter, and we have even been known to use with poached pears – or even drizzled over ice cream and red berries.
1 Bottle BAR-B-CUE Spice Rub
Our specially blended rub for lamb. Try this on BBQ lamb chops or backstraps. Rub over a shoulder of lamb before slow cooking. Add to a crumb mix for crumbed lamb cutlets. Try it mixed with some natural yoghurt and garlic for a zingy dipping sauce
